Kapra Silai

Terms of Use

Effective date: 18 October 2026. By using Kapra Silai, the admin dashboard, or the public website, you agree to these Terms of Use. Kapra Silai provides tailor-shop accounts, customer and measurement records, job-centric orders, receipts and cutting slips, offline synchronization, package management, support, and optional order tracking.

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password and credentials private, and use the service only for lawful shop management. You are responsible for actions taken through your account and for telling us about unauthorized access.

You are responsible for the customer and shop data you enter or upload. Obtain any consent or notice required by law before storing customer contact details, measurements, photos, orders, payments, or other personal information. You are also responsible for accurate prices, receipts, payments, and for responding to your customers’ privacy requests.

Do not misuse the service. You may not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or malicious content; attempt unauthorized access; disrupt the service; scrape private data; share accounts without authority; or reverse engineer except where the law allows it.

Package prices, duration, limits, and features are shown in the app or admin. Upgrade payments currently use manual bank transfer with transaction details and optional screenshot for administrator approval; there is no automatic card charge. Rejected or cancelled requests may remain in history. Expiry changes feature limits but does not delete shop data. Store-review settings may hide purchase UI without changing existing locks.

Offline work and synchronization depend on your device, connection, and sync queue. You are responsible for reviewing sync status, keeping your device secure, and exporting or backing up important records. We do not promise that every device, provider, or network will always remain available or error-free.

Kapra Silai and its branding, software, and original content remain the property of their respective owners. You keep ownership of your shop and customer records. You give us only the limited permission needed to host and process that content to operate, secure, back up, and improve the service.

Firebase/Google Cloud, Cloudinary or the configured media provider, Expo/EAS, optional Google sign-in, and app stores are third-party services with their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes or outages outside our reasonable control, but we will try to keep the service recoverable.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free records, or store approval. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption caused by misuse, device loss, third-party failures, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms removes liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using the service and request deletion through Contact Us. We may restrict access for abuse or legal reasons. Some archived, audit, backup, or legally required records may remain for the necessary period. We may update these Terms as the service changes; the version posted on this page takes effect on the stated date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes should first be raised through Contact Us in the app for good-faith resolution.
