Account and Data Deletion

To request deletion, open Contact Us in the app and provide your shop name, registered email and shop UID. Never send your password.

The administrator verifies ownership, removes shop data, and then completes the separate Firebase Auth account-deletion step. The current admin cascade alone does not delete the Auth account.

Deletion is not reversible. Export any records you need before making the request. Legal or accounting records that must be retained may be handled separately where required.
